| Built in 1978 and has always been the Kartnaller´s families house. We have 31 years of guest-hosting experience. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit and we aim to fulfil all of your desires.

| Altogether we offer five comfortable vacation homes, which can be booked individually or also in packages.

| We are naturally very proud, because by the private landlord federation of Tirol we have been rated with three edelweiss (guest house rating). Our daughter Melanie has been awarded "Excellent Tyrolean Hostess", because of a special guest hosting course within the federation.

• You can get fresh milk and butter from the farm 50m away from the house and enjoy the advantages of the Tyrolean nature solidarity.
• Daily fresh rolls from the baker are supplied to your door and get delivered
• Tyrolean bacon, delicious farmer bread, goat cheese, honey and much more are available at the Stubaier farmers market, which takes place every fortnight on Fridays in the village information centre.
