Our Apartment No. 2, located on the upper floor of our artist house, is a bright, open studio apartment with 35 cleverly L-shaped square meters.
Here, living, cooking and sleeping blend into one cozy space with a very special atmosphere.
The large panoramic window already offers breathtaking views of the Stubai mountains while enjoying breakfast at the dining table with comfortable swivel chairs.
From the spacious terrace, you step directly into your own private box seat – complete with a giraffe on the royal balcony and sunshine with views across the valley.

- Our rates are charged per apartment, per day in EURO
- EURO 4,80 tourism tax charged additionally per person per day
- Final cleaning charged separately. Ap 1: EURO 70.-; Ap 2: EURO 60.-; Ap 3: EURO 90.-; Ap 4: EURO 55.-; Ap 5: EURO 140.-;
- Additional beds possible in Apartments 1, 3 and 5. Charge applies for additional guests.
WINTER:
- Use of saunas free of charge for our guests.
- incl. BIG FAMILY CLUB from Christmas until Easter
- Bookings only available from Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
- Discounts for children staying on extra beds possible. Please simply send us a non-binding enquiry.
SUMMER:
- incl. STUBAI SUPER CARD (valid from about mid-May to mid-October)
- incl. BIG FAMILY CLUB from Mid-June to mid-September
