Our Apartment No. 3, located on the second floor of our artist house, offers 75 m² of space to relax, spend time together and truly enjoy your holiday.
It is ideal for families, but also perfectly suited for two couples traveling together.

The apartment can be ideally combined with the neighboring Apartment No. 4, making it perfect for larger families or friends who want to stay close to each other.
Here, comfort, coziness and a well-thought-out layout come together – with mountain views, elevator access, a brand-new bathroom and direct access to the garden for little adventurers.

- Our rates are charged per apartment, per day in EURO
- EURO 4,80 tourism tax charged additionally per person per day
- Final cleaning charged separately. Ap 1: EURO 70.-; Ap 2: EURO 60.-; Ap 3: EURO 90.-; Ap 4: EURO 55.-; Ap 5: EURO 140.-;
- Additional beds possible in Apartments 1, 3 and 5. Charge applies for additional guests.
WINTER:
- Use of saunas free of charge for our guests.
- incl. BIG FAMILY CLUB from Christmas until Easter
- Bookings only available from Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
- Discounts for children staying on extra beds possible. Please simply send us a non-binding enquiry.
SUMMER:
- incl. STUBAI SUPER CARD (valid from about mid-May to mid-October)
