Our newly renovated Apartment No. 1 is located on the 4th floor of our artist house and, with its 40 m², is perfect for couples or small families who appreciate a separate bedroom, plenty of privacy and a truly special view.
Even while cooking, your eyes will wander outside:
the giraffe on the terrace watches over the valley, and from the spacious south-/west-facing terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Stubai mountains. Sunshine, open views and a very personal Kartnaller moment included.

- Our rates are charged per apartment, per day in EURO
- EURO 4,80 tourism tax charged additionally per person per day
- Final cleaning charged separately. Ap 1: EURO 70.-; Ap 2: EURO 60.-; Ap 3: EURO 90.-; Ap 4: EURO 55.-; Ap 5: EURO 140.-;
- Additional beds possible in Apartments 1, 3 and 5. Charge applies for additional guests.
WINTER:
- Use of saunas free of charge for our guests.
- incl. BIG FAMILY CLUB from Christmas until Easter
- Bookings only available from Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
- Discounts for children staying on extra beds possible. Please simply send us a non-binding enquiry.
SUMMER:
- incl. STUBAI SUPER CARD (valid from about mid-May to mid-October)
- incl. BIG FAMILY CLUB from Mid-June to mid-September
- free use of our private sauna
